- User Obligations and Responsibilities
- You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Account Usage Rules
- You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to the Service.
- You are responsible for any charges associated with your account, including subscription fees and usage-based charges.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms of service.
- Billing and Payment Terms
- Your subscription fees will be charged on a recurring basis, as specified in your subscription plan.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
- We will notify you at least 2 weeks, 1 week, 3 days, and 1 day before your payment due date.
- If payment is not made within the grace period of 3 days after the due date, we may suspend your access to the Service and impose a late fee of $25 (Or Equivalent currency conversion) per day.
- If payment is not made within 14 days of the due date, your account may be terminated, and we will not be responsible for any data loss or recovery.
- Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the platform.
- Crux Ops CRM owns all intellectual property rights related to the platform itself.
- Service Availability
- We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for the Service.
- We may schedule periodic maintenance periods, which will be communicated in advance.
- Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may terminate your account if you violate these terms of service or engage in unauthorized or harmful activities.
- If you terminate your account or your account is terminated by us, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms of service shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If negotiation or mediation fails, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in [Jurisdiction].
- Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Crux Ops CRM be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
