- Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal: Through our integrated PayPal gateway
- Bank Transfer: Please contact our support team for bank transfer instructions
- Wise (formerly TransferWise): For international payments
- Payoneer: For international payments
- Billing Frequency
Subscriptions are charged on an annual basis. We may introduce monthly subscription plans in the future.
- Late Payment Penalties
If payment is not received within the grace period of 3 days after the due date, a late fee of $25 (or equivalent conversion) per day will be imposed. If the payment remains outstanding for 14 days, your account may be suspended or terminated.
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. If you cancel your subscription before 30 days from the purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if the user cancels their subscription before 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Pro-Rated Refunds
If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day refund period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the remaining time in your subscription term. The pro-rated refund will be calculated as follows:
- Refund amount = (Total subscription fee – (Days used / Days in subscription term) * Total subscription fee)
- Disputes and Chargebacks
Any disputes regarding charges or payments must be reported within 3-4 days of the transaction. Chargebacks will be investigated, and if found to be fraudulent or unauthorized, we may charge a fee to cover the costs associated with the chargeback.
